“Where Literature and Visual Arts Meet” Youth Exhibit
for Youth ages 12-18.
The Dairy Barn also invites you to submit your graph novel art work this summer by August 31, 2012. Your graphic work must contain both words and art and you may submit up to three pieces for the Beyond Words Youth Exhibit this summer. There will be prizes and the winning works will be displayed in the Dairy Barn.

“How to tell your Story" Rescheduled
Ms. Tyler will hold a workshop for people ages 12 and up to share with participants the process of telling your story and putting it down on paper or other mixed media. Carol Tyler, a bestselling graphic novelist will be at the Dairy Barn on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 1pm to 5pm to share with participants "How to tell your Story" The cost is $20.00, which includes materials, not lunch. Dairy Barn members cost is $15.00. To register call Jane at 592-4981 or download registration form here. Scholarships are available through a generous contribution from a number of donors.
